Our principles

Consider your day job a calling and conduct your work in a way that inspires trust.

Strive to do your job successfully. You are entitled to reasonable compensation for your troubles, but do not seek unfair advantages.

Don’t buy your success at the expense of another person. Be sincere and trustworthy with your neighbor and honest with yourself.

Always act selflessly. If you are suspected of wrongdoing, then behave towards your neighbor as you would want him to behave towards you.

Consider friendship as a goal, not a means. True friendship demands nothing for itself and is not dependent on mutual services.

Fulfill your social responsibilities. In words and actions, demonstrate your justice and integrity towards your country and society.

Help your neighbors in their trials: the grieving need your compassion, the weak and struggling need your support.

Be cautious in your criticisms, but generous in your praise. Act constructively, not destructively.
